We will do our best arrange viewings at a time that suits you. We can often do this in the evening after you have finished work, or even at weekends.

Referencing will be carried out quickly and efficiently
You will not be kept waiting for feedback, and we will answer all your questions as quickly as possible.

Once we have approved your application, we will proceed to start of tenancy at a date and at a time convenient to you.

You will move into a clean property. We have the carpets professionally cleaned at the end of each tenancy and we keep to high general cleaning standards.

You will move into a property where appliances and fittings work properly, and are maintained to that standard.

An independently prepared and updated inventory will be provided at check in.

We will do our best to explain how everything works (i.e. where the stop cock is situated, how to turn off the gas, where the fuse board is, how the boiler works etc.)
If things stop working – we will get them get them fixed quickly for you. We know how important this is.

At the end of your tenancy, we will work with you to ensure a smooth transition to your next home.

In return, we do ask you to keep the home and if applicable the garden, which you are renting, in good shape and to report any problem to us as this helps everyone!
