Basic Renovation:
Here is an example of an ultra-low cost face lift that we carried out to transform a kitchen where funds were not available for extensive work. In this case, we carried out a basic renovation, fitting new worktops, doors and vinyl flooring only. A remarkable "new look" was achieved at minimal cost i.e (less than £2,000). We were able to increase the rent significantly after the work was carried out.
Whole House Renovation:
In this case the landlord required more extensive work: Here we were able to obtain a rent increase Of £300 per calendar month once renovation work was complete as detailed below:

New External Sash Windows
Manufactured in In UPVC for low maintenance but styled to maintain the correct "Victorian Terrace" period detail.
The new windows were needed to improve energy efficiency. However, we were asked to replace the front sash windows with UPV Sash windows in keeping with the period character of this Victorian terrace.
