 I've been meaning to write to you for a while. Just to say thank you for all of your help with my dad's house. You found us a great tenant, you kept the place in repair whenever there was an issue, and you had an innovative "Online Offer" solution for maximising the sale value, when you sold our house. It was great to actually follow the value of offers increasing so much towards the end of the transparent sales process. I'm sure we achieved a higher final value than with convention agents' methods!
